Meaning: In daily routine life we have a lot of work to do but can we perform that task accurate in the way in that have to be done or even after completing that work can we have a cross check  that it have been done well not really but here in nasha mukti kendra or nasha mukti center we learn that there a lot of lack of daily maintenance showed up in many ways like here we follow program and program have a time table which we have to follow every day but are we able to follow it no not accurate so that's what the basic text telling us the Lack Of Daily Maintenance can show up inmany ways.

Narration:

In recovery, life can get pretty hectic. Maybe those added responsibilities at work have got you hopping. Maybe you haven't been to a meeting for awhile. Perhaps you've been too busy to meditate, or haven't been eating regularly or sleeping well. Whatever the reason, your serenity is slipping

In Simple Words: When we started our life as an recovery addict and chosen our path of recovery we found that life feels more hectic then ever. we have to be more aware and more safe because anything happen can make us relapse again and broke our recovery in one second. As we are not getting the same serenity we are getting in our treatment in rehab, nasha mukti kendra and nasha nukti center.
the regular meditation, everyday meditation and a lot of activity which gives us that serenity and peace which is missing nowadays in our recovery as we are getting busy day by day our daily routine is changing and the serenity is loosing everyday and we are feeling that we need that serenity again so what we need to do for that serenity remains constant the easiest way to keep the serenity same we just have to be connected to the rehab, nasha mukti kendra or nasha mukti center or visit their weekly or once in a two week to keep that serenity same in our life which helps us in keeping our recovery with that serenity otherwise we just slipped from our recovery as we slipped from serenity.

Narration:

When this happens, it is crucial that we take action. We can't afford to let one "bad day" complete with a bad attitude, slip into two days, four days, or a week. Our recovery depends on our daily maintenance program. No matter what is happening in our lives, we can't afford to neglect the principles that have saved our lives.

In Simple Words: We had our 6 months in rehab, nasha mukti kendra or nasha mukti center and learn how to keep us in recovery but what if we started slipping over it just because of  our serenity slipping everyday we didn't feel same as before as we felt in between our treatment now everything is wierd hard for us and we are not able to keep things remain same and just one day of bad attitude negative thought thrown again into the mud of addiction from one day to two day , four days and then constant. can we afford this as we have given so much time to our treatment and learned so much and what happened everything just slipped in a second when we again started so no we cannot afford it.

Narration:

There are many ways to recover our serenity. We can go to a meeting, phone our sponsor, meet another recovering addict for lunch, or try to carry the message to a newcomer. We can pray. We can take a moment to ask ourselves what simple things we haven't been doing. When our attitudes head downhill, we can avert a crash with simple solutions.

In Simple Words: As People Like our sponsor or the teacher in our rehab ,nasha mukti kendra or nasha mukti center told us the tools whenever our serenity is slipping so we can follow them. there are lotof way to do that not single firstly we can have a visit in the same rehab, nasha mukti kendra or nasha mukti center where we had taken our treatment the environment there can again motivate us for not losing the hope of keeping our serenity. Or we can call our sponsor whoever we have chosen as our sponsor . anyone can be our sponsor like our father, mother, sister, brother, husband, girlfriend, or anyone whom we trust a lot and feel can hear what we tell them and keep it private between us and try to give some good advice or try to sort out the issue. or have lunch or dinner with other recovering addict who is keeping there recovery from longer period and helps us in fighting the situation in the way he/she fight their own and give relief to us.

 I will examine the maintenance of my daily program of recovery.
