Today's Topic: Trust

"Just for today I will have faith in someone in NA who believes in me and wants to help me in my recovery." Basic Text......

Meaning: Earlier in my using i am not able to trust someone and not even someone trust on me. because my activity only carry fraud, cheat, lies, schemes and things which show that i am an selfish, mean person who only give you loss and i am not able to trust someone because i trust people on the basis of my requirement if they fulfill my requirement on the time then i trust them otherwise they are not the right person to trust but after taking treatment in rehab, nasha mukti kendra or nasha mukti center i learned that its not easy to trust someone and here in Na i meet a lot of people and in them i got a person whom i choose to be my sponsor and he/she believes in me and i trust him/her and share everything which makes me feel relaxed and he/she tell us the tools to control our emotions while we want to relapse and they help us in every time whenever we need they only want you to be recover as they are also addict and someone helped them in same way and so they are able to be recovery addict and they had taken pledge to spread this beautiful gift to others like us and it works we also getting the gift with the help of them.

Narration:

Learning to trust is a risky proposition. Our past experience as using addicts has taught us that our companions could not be trusted. Most of all, we couldn't trust ourselves.

In Simple Words: during our using we had seen a lot of ups and downs we faced a lot of troubles many people broken our trust and we seen their those faces of which we hadn't dreamed of and it make us the person who can not trust anybody easily and it happened a lot of time and keep for also a longer period so when we decided to get recover and thought of taking treatment the biggest fear in our heart is to trust someone as we had betrayed by many and we are not able to trust anyone with the fear of trust broken again and in rehab, nasha mukti kendra or nasha mukti center they teach us trusting but it's not so easy for us as we find it risky . because in our past our companions who are always with us while we are in using left us alone when we face some critical problem and that time we feel so much bad for trusting someone and the trust is like a bridge which broke easily but not made so easily and there is a time in our using when we stop using ourselves as we are not able to do something and get powerless over our drugs and that time we lost faith on our selves.

Narration:

Now that we're in recovery, trust is essential. We need something to hang onto, believe in, and give us hope in our recovery. For some of us, the first thing we can trust is the words of other members sharing in meetings; we feel the truth in their words.

In Simple Words: after taking treatment in nasha mukti kendra or nasha mukti center when after a period of time we are sure that now we are recover and now we need something to hold on our recovery with careful any tool or some magic so we have some hope of maintaining our recovery and what gonna help us in this according to NA the helpful tool for maintaining the recovery gift you have trust the sharing of other addicts as they share there bad time there they tell you what they had lost in there past during using how they decided to stop there addiction from where they get the message of the beautiful foundation then they decided to take treatment and in treatment they learned many thing also they learned the magic of 12 step program and they implement on the 12 th step they also spreading the message with others and encouraging them to get recover over the using and after that they tell you how their life is changed when they started the path of there recovery what they get in there recovery gift whatever they lost now came back in the big volume and you also feel same about recovery that you can also need the same life and which spark a trust in yourselves.
